VETERINARY SERVICE IN PHASE 3
Socia distancing and safety measures will be kept in phase 3.
Appointments are strongly encouraged to avoid crowding.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person(s) who are visibly unwell.
Contactless payment is strongly preferred.
Only 1 client allowed inside the clinic at any one time for payment and pick-up of medications only.
Only 1 client per patient allowed in the consultation room during consultations. Please keep your mask on at all times.
Only 1 visitor for 30 mins each time is allowed for hospitalized pets.
Clients are to disinfect their hands with the sanitizer provided when entering the clinic.
All clients are to comply with trace together check-in and temperature taking.

TeleHEALTH
Video conference with one our of Vets in the comfort and safety of your own home. This service is available only for existing clients whose pets have been seen at SingVet prior.
A fee of $$16.05 after gst is chargeable. This fee must be paid before the consultation.
If after the telemedicine consulation, it is determined that your pet is best seen physically at the clinic, the payment made for telemedicine consultation can be used to offset the consultation fee in clinic within 7 days from the consultation.

WE OFFER DELIVERY SERVICES
To provide more convenience and to encourage people to stay home, we are now offering delivery services.
We can deliver medications (prescriptions and non-prescriptions), shampoos, foods and other pet items. We will not be able to deliver anything that requires refrigeration.

ABOUT US
SingVet began operations in 2010 with a small but dedicated team of Veterinarians and Nurses. Over the last few years, thanks to the support of our patients and their pawrents, we have grown and expanded our skill sets and services.

My dog has been seeing Dr Liew for at least 2 years. As he age he have increased health issues. We raised concern when treating him and told her we have a Budget. She helps to choose important tests to make sure our baby is well taken care of.

At Singvet, we believe in providing quality service for you and your pet. This involves hiring quality employees, purchasing necessary equipment and medications. We can only continue to maintain such care and services if we receive prompt payment for the services rendered. We have a no credit policy and all outstanding invoices have to be paid upon discharge. This includes all in-hospital patients, surgeries and upon completion of all out-patient consultations.
A minimal deposit is required for hospitalisation, surgeries and procedures to allow us to proceed with the agreed treatment. Additional top-up of the initial deposit may be necessary with hospitalised pets as treatment progresses.
Full payment is required at the time services are rendered.
