CareClub is $100 (before GST) per pet, covering that pet for 12 months from the day of payment.
Does one membership cover all my pets?+
No. The price is paid per pet and is not shareable between pets. Each pet needs its own membership to enjoy the benefits.
How do I use my discounts in the clinic?+
If you are eligible for a clinic discount, it will be automatically applied to your bill at checkout. No discount code is required. You do not need to mention the discount to our team — our system will apply the applicable discount automatically when your bill is processed.
How do I claim my discount online at checkout?+
The CareClub discount percentage and discount code are shown in the product description. Enter the discount code at checkout to enjoy your member discount. Please ensure the code is applied before completing your order, as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Bundle deals are exclusively for CareClub members. Simply add the bundle to your cart — no discount code is required. Our team will verify your pet’s CareClub membership before processing your order.
When do my benefits expire?+
Benefits are valid for one year from the day you pay for CareClub, after which the membership can be renewed.
Can I transfer the membership to another pet?+
The membership is non-transferable. If the enrolled pet passes on or is lost, the membership cannot be moved to another pet.
Is the membership refundable?+
No, CareClub membership is non-refundable.
