Any pet can join our CareClub! This also includes pets who have not been seen at SingVet.
You and your pet can enjoy the CareClub benefits until one year from the day you made payment.
As this program is pet specific, only the pet which signed up for the program can enjoy the CareClub benefits.

All returns are subject to approval. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturer’s defect. Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
We are unable to process returns due to changes in your pet’s health condition, or in cases of allergies or adverse reactions (such as vomiting, diarrhoea, or skin rashes) to the product. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your pet, please consult your veterinarian. If you do not have a regular veterinarian, you may contact SingVet to schedule a consultation with our veterinarians.
Delivery & Returns
Once you have placed your order online, our staff will begin processing it. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been processed. If any items in your order require confirmation, or if an item is out of stock, a staff member will contact you within 1–2 working days (excluding public holidays).
Express deliveries typically arrive within 1–5 working days, while regular deliveries may take 5–8 working days. Delays may occur if additional time is needed for prescription approval from other clinics.
Please note that courier services may experience high order volumes during public holiday periods, which may also result in delivery delays.
All returns are subjected to our approval. We will only allow returns due to the manufacturer's defect. The item will have to be returned within 10 days of purchase in its original packaging. Yes, you may do so during our business hour. You have to select the ‘self pick-up’ option. An email will be sent when the items are ready for collection.
Online Payments
Paynow is the preferred mode of payment. Bank transfer is also an option. We are unable to process credit card payments at this time. Payment is required prior to confirmation of order, this applies for self pick-up as well.
