Shima embarked on a new journey as a Veterinary Receptionist in early 2020, transitioning from her Guest Relations/Events Manager role in the F&B industry due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

With a passion for animals and customer service, she took on this new challenge despite limited experience. Shima continues to grow and learn, building strong relationships with team members and pet owners alike.

As a proud cat momma to 3 adorable felines, she brings a personal touch to her work, showcasing her commitment to teamwork, customer care, and compassionate animal care.
