Singvet began operations in 2010 with a small but dedicated team of Veterinarians and Nurses. Over the last few years, thanks to the support of our patients and their pawrents, we have grown and expanded our skill sets and services.

Veterinarian
Dr Deng Yujia
BVSc (MELBOURNE)
Dr Deng Yujia graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2008. She has since been working in small animal practice in Singapore. Her special interests lie in dentistry and she strives to educate (and convince!) clients about the importance of dental care for their beloved pets. Currently pursuing a distance Masters of Veterinary Medicine with Massey University, she also hopes to eventually obtain her membership in Dentistry. In her free time, she enjoys hobby fish keeping, aquascaping and spending time with her dogs and cat.
Dr Estella Liew
BVSc (MELBOURNE) HONS., MANZCVS (SMALL ANIMAL SURGERY)
Dr Estella Liew graduated with honours from the University of Melbourne in 2008. Since then she has been working in small animal practice in Singapore. She then decided to further herself and completed a 1 year rotating internship at Michigan Veterinary Specialists in the United States. Following that she spent 2.5 years as a senior emergency veterinarian at Bluepearl Veterinary Partners in Michigan. There she continued to work alongside various specialists. She also completed an externship in an oncology center in Michigan. Dr Liew obtained her memberships in small animal surgery by examination with the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists in 2015. She is a firm believer of continued education to improve herself. Amongst them she has completed post-graduate surgery courses with CVE Sydney. Her interests are in surgery, emergency and behavioural medicine. When off-duty at work, Dr. Liew is on-duty as a mother of two young children and an Australian Shepherd named Mason. She also enjoys kayak fishing with her husband and is an avid dog sport enthusiast.
Nurses
JULIE ANN BAUTISTA
Julie graduated from Virgen Milagrosa University (Philippines) with a Degree in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. She came to Singapore in 2008 and worked as a Veterinary Technician. She has over 12 years experience in Veterinary industry. Her area of interest are Surgery, Dentistry and Haematology. She is committed to providing excellent care for our furry friends and helps educate pet owners on preventative care and management. She is fond of Doberman dogs and Munchkin cats and dreams of keeping them someday. During her spare time, Julie enjoys watching TV series like Grey’s Anatomy and the Good Doctor.
STEPHANIE PANG
Stephanie has been a veterinary nurse since 2000. Her passion lies in patient care. She holds a certificate in veterinary nursing and she has recently completed her ISFM (International Society of Feline Medicine) diploma course for feline nursing. She has a special love for cats as she believes they are unique. As the saying goes, ‘time spent with a cat is never wasted’. Outside of work, she likes reading, gardening and fitness.
ALEXIS JAY (A.J)
A.J has been working with animals for the past 15 years, which included birds of prey and horses. She completed her radiography and imaging certificate course from AVNC (Australia College of Veterinary Nursing). She has a special interest in anesthesia, critical patient care and orthopaedic surgery. She believes in educating clients, putting trust and empathy before business and providing meticulous patient care. She is a member of the Wolf Watchers Worldwide, spreading awareness against trophy hunting. During her free time, she enjoys trail dirt biking and cooking.
MAYBELLE SALIDO
Maybelle joined SingVet in 2013. Prior to that, she worked as a licensed small animal practitioner in the Philippines since 2006. She also had a short stint working as a dairy farm vet. Her particular interests are dermatology, nutrition, anesthesia, animal recovery and behavior. She has a special spot for domestic short-haired black cats, mongrels and geriatric small dogs. Currently, her family is a permanent refuge to a mother cat and her lone surviving kitten who just showed up at their kitchen door one day. Maybelle also finds enjoyment in nature walks, sketching and reading spiritual books.
RAELYN LIM
Raelyn graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Veterinary Bioscience in 2018. She enjoys interacting and caring for pets that visit the clinic daily. She has a keen interest in animal behaviours and soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery. During her free time, Raelyn loves spending time with the dogs at the shelter. She also enjoys finding new places to eat at and working out.
TARN KAUR
After graduating from Republic Polytechnic with a Diploma in Biotechnology, TK decided to take a big step to switch from the Biotech industry to fulfill her dreams to serve the animal healthcare industry. TK has completed her Specialist Diploma in Veterinary Clinical Practice at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Outside of work, she learns a religious instrument and has performed numerous times at various locations. She is a lacto-vegetarian who loves baking.
KELLY HO
Kelly is an avid animal lover from a young age who always knew she wanted to work with animals. After completing her O’level, she was unable to get a position in veterinary nursing course in Polytechnic. She then decided to pursue a Diploma in Medicinal Chemistry at Nanyang Polytechnic. After graduating in 2018, she decided to pursue her dreams by enrolling into Specialist Diploma in Veterinary Clinical Practice at Ngee Ann Polytechnic while working as a Veterinary Nurse at Singvet. The moral of the story is to not give up when you face failures as you will meet better opportunities in the future.
THEODORE
Theodore started working as a veterinary technician in the year 2018. Having grown up with family pets since young, he has learnt to love, care and respect them. Theodore enjoys cycling and spending time with his loved ones during his free time. He also actively ensures that the community felines in his neighbourhood are taken care of, regularly feeding them and checking up on them. Working with SingVet has given Theodore the opportunity to exercise his passion and broaden his knowledge in vet nursing. “Until one has loved an animal, a part of one’s soul remains unawakened.” – Anatole France
At Singvet, we believe in providing quality service for you and your pet. This involves hiring quality employees, purchasing necessary equipment and medications. We can only continue to maintain such care and services if we receive prompt payment for the services rendered. We have a no credit policy and all outstanding invoices have to be paid upon discharge. This includes all in-hospital patients, surgeries and upon completion of all out-patient consultations.
A minimal deposit is required for hospitalisation, surgeries and procedures to allow us to proceed with the agreed treatment. Additional top-up of the initial deposit may be necessary with hospitalised pets as treatment progresses.
Full payment is required at the time services are rendered.
