Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.
You would not be able to do so if the item is a pre-order as it is specifically ordered for you. We are also unable to cancel if delivery for those items are already arranged. Please call the clinic to enquire about doing so.
Yes. As long as delivery for your items have not been arranged. You will be notified of the adjustments in shipping cost where applicable.
If delivery has been arranged, you would have to place a new order for the item.
Yes. Please add a note in the remark that you would like to request for additional items not listed on the site. A staff will be in contact with you within 1-2 days to verify the addition.
If the item requires a prescription, it will be indicated on the website. If your pet has been seen at SingVet, a staff will go through your account to see if the requested item has been approved for sale. If your pet has not been seen at SingVet, an original copy of the prescription is required. This has to be presented before the order can be confirmed. Alternatively, you can get your Veterinarian to call in a prescription to SingVet. Most clinics are able to send a prescription over to SingVet.
Delivery & Returns
Once you have placed your order online, a staff will be working on it. You should receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it is processed. If something in your order list requires confirmation, or an item you have ordered is not in stock or out of stock a staff will contact you within 1-2 days (excluding public holidays).
Express deliveries usually arrive in 1-3 working days. Regular delivery can take 3-6 working days.
Because courier companies are experiencing a large number of orders during the COVID19 period, there may still be some delays.
All returns are subjected to our approval. We will only allow returns due to the manufacturer's defect. The item will have to be returned within 10 days of purchase in its original packaging. A proof of purchase will have to be provided as well.
We will not be able to process any returns due to changes in your pet’s health condition or if there are any allergies or adverse reactions (such as vomiting, diarrhea or skin rashes) to the item purchased. If you are unsure if the product is suitable for your pet, please consult your Veterinarian. If you do not have a regular Veterinarian, you may contact SingVet to make an appointment for consultation with our Veterinarians.
Yes, you may do so during our business hour. You have to select the ‘self pick-up’ option. An email will be sent when the items are ready for collection.
Paynow is the preferred mode of payment. Bank transfer is also an option. We are unable to process credit card payments at this time. Payment is required prior to confirmation of order, this applies for self pick-up as well.
